“I come here all the time and I have never seen it as busy as it was today. The parking lot flooded all at once, which I have never seen at a gas station, and there were probably 20 to 30 people inside, all arriving at the exact same time and all trying to order at once. The team was running flat out and never once stopped or lost their patience.

What really stood out was the manager. One customer became genuinely abusive and was swearing right at her. She stayed calm, took the time to explain the situation to him, and finished by wishing him a good day. I was honestly impressed watching it. That takes real grace, and she handled it better than most people ever could.

Everyone here was doing the work of a much bigger crew today and they did it with a smile. They deserve a lot of credit, the manager especially. This is why I keep coming back.“

Use this location for larger orders take ten etc, for meetings. They always have it ready in advance for pick up, no issues.
Only thing.... make sure the phone number work. Try to call many times to advise of order or make orders online and require later pick up. Numbers says not in service. So when i arrive everthing is ready. Just an hour or more in advance and now cold coffees and tea...“

She prepared my coffee exactly to my taste and demonstrated genuine attentiveness and professionalism throughout the interaction ☕✨. When other associates insisted that I should be charged for black pepper sachets to use with the garlic bread I had ordered, Dhwani calmly clarified that there is no such policy and refused to overcharge me, showing integrity and respect for customers.
Unfortunately, the conduct of the other associates was disappointing and misleading. Their attempt to charge for something that is not policy-based felt dishonest and created the impression of trying to make money by misinforming customers.
