“While working in the mall, I sometimes attend to customers and then return after 30-40 minutes. The staff there is incredibly friendly they even brew me a fresh cup of coffee and warm up my food in the microwave. Their kindness and attentiveness always make me feel appreciated and valued. “Yesterday, after work, around 3 pm I used the drive through of Tim Hortons at this location (1345 Martin Grove Rd Etobicoke) to order a craveable beef steak sandwich. The order was taken by a young gentleman Rev Patel who asked me to wait on the side of the store for my sandwich. when he brought the sandwich out there was a pleasant surprise, I was give a Free FIFA doughnut and a Tim Horton's Gift card. He informed me that Tim Hortons is one of the official sponsors of FIFA. I cannot post a picture here because I ate that delicious doughnut there itself before I started on my way home. The manager, Angus, is truly amazing—welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every customer. She’s quick and efficient, often watching over the line for pickup to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her warm smile and excellent customer service make me feel right at home every time I walk in. The place is always clean and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere that I look forward to.

Emee, the supervisor, is also fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The entire team works so well together, making this my second home. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee and exceptional service!

“Stopped in around noon on a Sunday, and it was extremely busy! Despite the long line, there were several staff members working hard to keep things moving, and our drinks came out much faster than we expected, which was a happy surprise.

The only downsides were that the table we sat at was wobbly and kept shaking, making it a bit annoying every time our coffees splashed around. The washroom was also very clean, but unfortunately there was no soap available.

Overall, the team did a good job handling the rush, and with a few small maintenance details, the experience would have been even better.“

“This Tims is very busy around lunch time as it is the hot spot for students. The service is quick and the staff are pretty friendly too. It's a nice spot to go for a coffee. However, the floors are pretty sticky inside and it doesn't look the cleanest. Maybe it's because I go during the rush hour but I don't like that sticky feeling on my shoes.
Definitely recommend coming here otherwise. The coffee and service are still a 5 star.“
