I’ve been regularly coming to this Timmies since June 2023. The staff is always very friendly and competent however, the management of the restaurant when the kids from the school across the street goes on lunch from 11:30-1PM needs to improve. Staff seem consistently overwhelmed and unable to handle the extra orders flooding in. There is no other Tim's like this one. All the staff are always pleasant and friendly.I also would like to add that while I went through the drive-through I was surprised to learn the pretty lady driving a Volvo in front of me, paid for my coffees. Just wish I could have met her to say thanks.
