I had a very pleasant experience with Jaskaran while he was working at the food counter. I had been waiting for approximately ten minutes for my cookie, and while no one else had noticed, Jaskarn was attentive and promptly assisted me.
He was polite, professional, and highly focused on his work. What impressed me most was his kindness and humility. When I offered him a tip to show my appreciation, he kindly declined and suggested that I help someone in need instead.

Waited ~15 minutes from the time of ordering to receiving my order of a coffee and donut. One person deals with a queue of 10+ drinks while the rest of the staff (like cashier) stands and watches awkwardly as the waiting area clogs up with people waiting for their order. This place needs an internal review of how they operate
This Tim’s is truly the best! I truly appreciate Sheri and her customer service, and when I walk up to the counter she automatically knows my order! Thank you Sherri and everyone else who works here!

While there is no seating inside, customers can take their food down the hall where there are tables and chairs.
