Great service by all team members
I’m honestly leaving this review for one specific employee — I believe his name is Gagandeep. I had a really hard week, and he completely made my day in the drive-thru. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and had amazing customer service skills. He put an instant smile on my face and reminded me that small acts of kindness can make a huge difference. The world truly needs more people like him. God bless him!
This is one of my favourite locations for coffee whenever I visit here i have new experience as Tim’s launch matcha drinks I order yesterday in the morning and i love the drink. The team was so polite and friendly. I would recommend to others to visit here.

The staff are sweet and friendly, making customers feel blessed and loved. A staff member named Upma is always serving fresh decaf with half coffee and fresh plain croissants, which is a customer's favorite. Another staff member, Shivani Bansal, was incredibly polite and took the time to explain the Tim Rewards app and guide a customer on using tap & pay for easier transactions. The customers appreciate the helpful and friendly attitudes of the staff.
