Fish is significantly fresher than Wakame. Odd hidden restrictions on the amount of tuna (5 pieces sashimi), sweet shrimp (5 pieces sashimi), and hamachi (2 pieces of sushi). It's one thing to have a limit, but this needs to be clearly advertised upfront.
