Manager not available on premises!I reached the store with only two staff at the front who were extremely short staffed given a lineup of 10 customers. I ordered a pizza at 4.25. food was unavailable at 4.50. while it didn't even seem the food will be available anytime soon as they were finishing orders taken at least 10 mins before me.I asked the crew member if there's a manager to help . He said she's not available at the moment!I then asked him if she's available on the premise and he declined to answer.I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager after 5 minutes and I would like to get a refund. He again said the manager isn't available and just ignored my request. He isntrad asked to take my info for the "manager" to contact me later.I called head office to report the missing manager.He tried to give.me the food after I hung up claiming he called in the food. I reiterated that I asked to either speak to the manager or get a refund and he didn't do either.I ended up getting my refund at 4.15. 50 minutes after placing my order!!I have never experienced such a terrible service in my whole life where the manager is not available to do their duties. Not sure what they're paid for.

I ordered my breakfast @ drive thru today at approximately 6:26 am and clearly asked for coffee without sugar and I was rushed out of the drive through and I end up with sugar in my coffee which impact my heath and forces me to not attend work today. Nothing was written written on the lid…WHAT QUALITY SERVICE IS THIS?HOW IS THIS TIM’s HORTONS HELPING CUSTOMERS WITH HEALTH CONCERNS ( ie., Diabetes)?

Hi, it’s the first time I wanna try tropical green tea this morning, but you guys just made a regular green tea for me. I’ve never seen what the tropical green tea looks like and I thought it’s right, until my friend told me it wasn’t the tropical one, even the green tea tasted good! But thanks for the service!

March 19, 6:43amThe line-up was ok. At the counter, I was greeted by a VERY soft spoken Indian girl (I could hardly understand her). After placing my order 3 times, they gave me the wrong coffee and, (between the cashier and food prep) managed to lose my food order. No big deal, just had to wait a little longer.I also noticed the layout of the kitchen (with all of the machines up front) contributed to the overall noise of the restaurant. It was very loud and there were only 3 or 4 patrons.No big deal, I’ll try to avoid this location next time.

I order coffee and donut, before I pick up my order, trying to go first to washroom, a indian guy from counter try to stop me, he said the washroom need to be clean, which is the washroom just finish cleaned, and I saw two guys just get in to the washroom, this absolutely piss me off!!!!
