This was the second time dining at this restaurant with friends. Both times the service and the food was great. Many options and great value.
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with outstanding hospitality. The staff and manager were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel right at home. Their customer service was easily 10/10, and they consistently checked in throughout my meal to make sure everything was perfect. I ordered the 12oz steak, and it was cooked exactly the way I asked juicy, flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks I’ve had. Restaurant was extremely cold and the chairs need to be replaced, they are extremely used with the pleather all worn off. I'm shocked that milestones would allow that. The service was great and the staff did everything possible to keep us comfortable. These are items outside of their control so the feedback is really for the brand and not the individuals themselves.

The food is great, amazing, good and tasty. The service is excellent, attentive, and warm, with staff members who are lovely and accommodating, making every guest feel welcomed. Customers frequently mention their visits as part of their business trips, highlighting consistent quality and service.
This location is a little dated. The music was extremely loud, but management graciously adjusted the volume upon request. The restaurant accommodated a group of 17 with no problems. On occasion, the food took long as they were short staffed in the kitchen, and a table felt rushed to place orders or pay. Otherwise, it was great for celebrations.
