Tim Hortons is a small location situated in a gas station, with a limited menu compared to other drive-thru locations or the Cloverdale branch. Despite its size, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant can get busy due to its reputation and popularity among regular customers. The staff at this location are known for their energy and enthusiasm, particularly when it comes to their coffee. Customers appreciate the good customer service provided by the staff, and some mention that they received warm, kind service even during closing time. The staff's positive vibe and friendly attitude are often highlighted, with some customers feeling a strong connection with the team. While the small size might be a drawback for some, the staff do their best to accommodate orders, though occasional issues like undercooked bread or incorrect jam requests have been noted. The mobile ordering app can sometimes be glitchy, but with patience, customers can have a pleasant experience. Overall, Tim Hortons remains a popular spot for regulars who enjoy their coffee and friendly service, despite some minor service hiccups.
