“I’m here 4-5 days a week for my medium double-double + everything bagel with cream cheese. Came in yesterday during peak morning rush and it was chaos — huge lineup out the door, floor hadn’t been cleaned yet, and the store was slammed.

Khushboo was on counter and she managed the whole thing like a pro. Even with the messy floor and stressed customers, her communication never slipped. She remembered my order, called it out clearly, and stayed patient while juggling 3 orders at once. Her serving skills are next-level!!!
she still took time to smile and say “have a good one” to everyone.

The store conditions weren’t her fault, but she made sure my experience was still 5-star. Employees like Khushboo build loyalty. Tim Hortons Brampton is lucky to have her. She deserves serious recognition for handling a messy, busy shift so well.“

“Well i usually never go to this Tim Hortons but it was my first time through there drive thru and the time was around 1:40 am again as at this hours most of the time workers try to make excuses when someone orders something big like chicken wraps and bowls but Manpreet the girl working there was kind enough to give me suggestions which i usually don’t get as most of the time what i get is we are out of chicken or we don’t make wraps or bowls at this hour but she explained everything and understood i need something heavy in carbs even though she wasn’t able to offer me chicken wraps she gave me the best alternative with chicken. “I visited your location on Friday after a very long day, and I was not feeling well at all. My throat was hurting badly, and I was dealing with cold and flu symptoms. I ordered a specific drink that had apparently been discontinued, and I was told a few times that it could not be made.

When I arrived at the window, I spoke with Monica and explained why I was hoping to get that drink. Monica was incredibly kind, understanding, and compassionate. She listened to me, reassured me that it was not a problem, and made the drink for me right away.

“This is the best Tim Hortons in all of Brampton. I have visited many Tim Hortons locations, but this one stands out because of their excellent customer service.

The staff are always calm, polite, and never seem to rush customers like at some other locations. They always greet you first, listen carefully to your order (even in the drive-thru), and make everything perfectly.

You can really see the difference in how they treat customers compared to other places. The team is always smiling and respectful, which makes the experience much better.

“Family washroom was really dirty and unclean with toilet paper on the floor. There was no fresh toilet paper for use. The water closet was also mot clean. Toilet was stinky. The entrance area ( in front of the order desk) was also very dirty . The staff was holding a cleaning cloth in her hand while she was taking orders.“
