“This is a nice, but busy store in Brampton. The location is a bit of a challenge to get in and out of, but certainly worth the visit. Staff are friendly and helpful, when I had an issue with my Tim's Card on my phone, they helped me sort it out. The coffee and sandwich I had here were delicious.“

Customer service is far better here than at other local locations, so I'm sticking with this one. Last time during a snowstorm I was kindly and apologetically asked to pull around to park in the front for one of the items and after less than a couple of minutes of waiting I had my full order and an extra treat, they said since I had to wait, plus staff apologized several times. “This became my regular spot to get my ice capp after the tim hortons beside the shoppers drug mart messed up my ice capp and refused to fix it. Some of the workers have attitudes because i like, a certain amount of cream in my ice capp. So i decided to try this location and they have been awesome towards me and they make my ice capp perfectly. I got to the window and inquired with the lady why the birthday treat wasn't applicable to me, even though it was my actual birthday? (I had my driver's licence & app ready to show if needed).
