I was standing in a que, there was two canadian ladies before me. The girl who was taking order was nice and respectful but when my turn came. Her way of talking suddenly change. Today, when i was giving order the manager was yelling at employees like dogs. It was too much disgusting in front of the customers. She doesn’t know how to talk with their staff.Tim Hortons should take action on this.

My order was forgotten about for over 8 min until I notified staff, at which point the gave me the wrong order and got visibly upset that they had to make the food I ordered, they didnt even make my order right the second time but being there so long I just left. The team should spend less time laughing and clearing orders that have not been complete and fufull orders
