Fast and thank you to the driver in front for paying for my it forward. But I had my points taken away for my intended baked goods when the cashier scanned my QR.

My order was forgotten about for over 8 min until I notified staff, at which point the gave me the wrong order and got visibly upset that they had to make the food I ordered, they didnt even make my order right the second time but being there so long I just left. The team should spend less time laughing and clearing orders that have not been complete and fufull orders

I was standing in a que, there was two canadian ladies before me. The girl who was taking order was nice and respectful but when my turn came. Her way of talking suddenly change. She was in hurry didn't even listen my order properly.Service was quick but my bagel was literally not treated well? hash-brown and chipotle was coming out of it in my hand.Okay my concern is why punjabi girls are not treating other punjabis as customers?It was not that busy to be that rude and make order like nobody wants to eat.
Today, when i was giving order the manager was yelling at employees like dogs. It was too much disgusting in front of the customers. She doesn’t know how to talk with their staff.Tim Hortons should take action on this.

There is need to help the person who is working on sandwitch. Bz there are lots of person available as well as too much orders but who have to make the things facing problem. There is need to help her .There should be at least 2 person to make the things.. otherwise its too much hard to wait at the morning time. The girl who is working is such a nice girl and doing too much fast. But need to pay attention for her help..
