I recently visited Tim Hortons and felt compelled to share my disappointing experience. The service was subpar, and the food I received was shockingly dry since I ordered bagel with butter it’s happening for the third time it was so dry .Upon ordering, I noticed a lack of attentiveness from the staff. Someone needs to give this branch a microwave,the girls said they don't have microwave to heat up breakfast. Twice now, different mornings we stopat this branch, instructed the staff kindly to add butter an cheese on the cressant, well the girls still didn't ,same things yesterday . English seems so hard for them to understand.
