Very disappointed with the service at Tim Hortons today. I went around 4:05 PM to order a latte or iced coffee, but the way the staff member denied having both items being not available was rude and unprofessional. I understand it was hot outside and busy, but front desk staff should still speak politely to customers.
On top of that, the items we ordered were not even prepared on time. Overall, the experience was frustrating and the customer service needs improvement.
