I’ve been to this Tim Hortons location 2-3 times now and I just have to give a shoutout to Mansi!
She is amazing at her job. She always welcomes me with the biggest smile, and even though it was only my 3rd visit, she remembered my order!
That kind of customer service is so rare. Mansi makes you feel seen and valued.

The showcase of donuts and timbit pyramids always looks immaculate and appealing to guests. Many visitors find it to be one of the busiest Tim Hortons in Brampton, yet the staff manages to serve quickly and accurately. The atmosphere is very nice, making it a great place for a quick coffee or meal. Clean bathrooms and reliable wifi are also available. While there is room for improvement in managing the situation with homeless individuals outside, the interior remains fairly clean, allowing guests to enjoy their coffee and meals in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff, including the manager and her team, consistently provide awesome customer service, encouraging many to return soon.
