I had such a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons today. A team member named Zara helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, and so friendly. She took her time with my order, made great suggestions, and made me feel really welcomed.
It’s rare to meet someone who brings such genuine warmth and positivity to their job, but Zara truly did. She made my visit so much better, and I really appreciate her excellent customer service.
