I went here recently and the service was excellent. I ordered an iced coffee and a bagel and both were really good. Definitely coming back again!
I honestly always have such consistently great experiences at this particular restaurant. They are all wonderful folks, always polite, patient, and they make it easy to order your food and drinks, even during busy moments, and the orders always come out right. You can tell they actually care about doing things very well all the time. I had such a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons today. A team member named Zara helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, and so friendly. She took her time with my order, made great suggestions, and made me feel really welcomed.
It’s rare to meet someone who brings such genuine warmth and positivity to their job, but Zara truly did. She made my visit so much better, and I really appreciate her excellent customer service.
