Everything is great. However please tell your staff that when i get my espresso i want to be able to have a cup of ice in a plastic cup on the side instead of a paper cup, the paper cup melts, make the difference, i will pay the difference but tell them they can do this, every location i have ever went to allows it except for your staff. Fix this.
