went here in the afternoon , love the atmosphere, I did a kiosk order, paid about $8 for a hazelnut cold brew with extra esspresso and the foam. they did not put the foam and it was warm. left dissapointed...

Staff not good in serving on time.. seems confused and one more thing i dont know what is the issue with most of the North indian female staff working at this TIME they were no good to north indian people. They are smiling and happy serving to other race customers but doesn’t feel happy to serve indian customer.

Workers were kind and helpful but always delay me by not saying the name on the recipt. Update on 08/12/22 staff were nice but I have one problem at that location the staff keep throwing away my Receipt.Update 03/15/24 staff was mean to me and made my ice capp to fast and didn't even ask how much wipp I wanted and the service was slow. They are rated 1/10

I went there last weekend around 6 am in the morning and there a big lineup, that's why it took sometime to get my breakfast but that was just my luck. Overall I had a good experience, the coffee was fresh and the sandwiches were good. This coffee shop has a really convenient location right by the highway 427, the only issue is that there's no drive through and that you've to park your park at the back and then walk to the front.

Dined in for a very brief period and I needed to quickly use the washroom, there were two toilets and it was the most despicable sight I have ever seen. I simply needed to take a leak and I was going to take a picture but I was reminded of the horror I would have experienced had my phone fell anywhere near that washroom. I think when dealing with customer’s food it is important to have your surroundings in a more hygienic disposition. It was not a busy night so there was no excuse for the mess. The tables and the floors were also I terrible condition. Please do better!
Today I came here and asked the cashier before purchasing, if the donuts were soft. As she was saying yes she was putting my donuts in the box. I get home which is 5 mins from this tims, open the box to enjoy a donut and alas.... they were hard.I even asked the lady who was serving them if they were soft. Who said yes I'm going to repeat this again as I can't believe it. She said the donuts were soft while putting them in the box. They were not soft. Like what is wrong with some people. If this was my tim hortons I would literally fire all the staff

Recently stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick breakfast, and while the food and atmosphere were spot-on, I couldn't help but notice a lack of morning charm from the staff. The menu offered a delicious selection of breakfast options, and the cozy ambiance made for a pleasant dining experience. However, the staff's attitude left something to be desired. A little morning charm goes a long way in making customers feel welcome and appreciated. Hopefully, the staff can work on greeting customers with a smile and positive attitude to enhance the overall dining experience.
