Great customer service. Best tims at lakeshore
No atmosphere at all, not inviting. It’s dirty . Compared to other Tim Horton’s in the area this got to be the one in worst shape. No outdoor seating available not tables. Place is always deserted. Great to see people from different ethnic backgrounds. Staff is courteous and quick. Too bad the site doesn’t have a good vibe. You simply want to crab the coffee as quickly as possible and leave.
Staff very friendly. Never have an issue at this location.unlike 13th street. Came here for a cheese melt had no problem getting one. Ty to the workers you're amazing. Please share this to head office please.

While the drive through staff can sometimes rush you, the staff is also phenomenal and kind. Great people working there strive to provide great service to customers. However, the presentation of the donut display could use some improvement to make it more appealing.
