Drive through lady was maybe the crankiest I’ve ever seen. Got the order wrong , and she was super mad about it . I tried being nice, but she decided to be passive aggressive. Probably should look at getting out of a customer facing role.

Stopped in for a coffee and a muffin. No muffin and the selection available didn't present well. Service wasn't friendly and coffee was not fresh or very hot for that matter. I took it to go and didn't want to go back. Next time will drive further or go to a competitor.Door accessible button did not work for the outside door. Inconvenient for those who need to access the building.Cleanliness is lacking at this location. Needs a good scrub and food needs to be presented better, more appetizing to purchase. This was the second time I have visited this location. The first time I just walked without purchasing. Thought I would give it another chance however was just as disappointed. Sitting here leaving a review and some feedback that will hopefully help, drinking my now cold hot beverage and feeling hungry because there wasn't anything that looked good enough to eat. Standards make the difference between successful businesses and, "just getting by" businesses. Do better for your existing customers and future potential customers. Thank you for your time.
