Normally this location is great. The staff is quick and efficient. However, the last few days, they have had some new people that I think are training and it's caused some quality issues. From not properly inputting meal deal discounts, to what seems like not properly cleaning out their coffee pots...today my steeped tea tasted more like coffee than tea. Failing grade today, they were "out of coffee". Someone fell asleep on the job which resulted in no brewed coffee available at the time of ordering - not good for a coffee shop. Let's see how they do tomorrow.

This was one of the first stops we had after getting to the hotel. I'm not going to lie I was excited to come and get an authentic Tim Hortons instead of a K-Cup from the grocery store or the ones not actually in Canada.
