Every day, after 3 pm, there's people standing around in the back area while one person works the front, and the drive thru is empty. The manager Sasi seems to approve of this as I just witnessed it for the umpteenth time in the last two weeks. Where 3 or 4 people are waiting to have their order taken at the front, while the staff converse in the back area.
It was the same girl that Diana posted in picture. I was in drive thru around 5:30pm, she is the one who took the order and cashed out. When I came to window I saw her using phone plus just now I saw my account where I was charged 15 dollars just for medium cold brew!!!!! So bad customers service. I will never come back again.

Came in with my son this morning, as we're staying at a hotel nearby.We were ignored at the order counter for enough time for the other register to pass 5 people. I asked twice if the register I was at was open and I was told yes each time. No one likes being ignored. Do better.
