We asked for well done potato wedges and all we got were saggy wedges. We asked for fresh one , they said we can’t make it fresh. The black lady was so rude, looked like supervisor. They completely refused to make fresh wedges for me. Worst customer service. Rude staff. Not worth to go this location.
First off, customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve worked Mcdonald’s before & just because your jobs horrible doesn’t mean You have to be horrible. Second, I ordered breakfast. Made my order very clear over the machine…Tell me why my food was completely unfinished. My bagel had no cream cheese im basically eating bread. This place is disgusting. There was a man eating food that was not bought at Tim Hortons with his fingers. I complained to Bria, the manager in charge and she did nothing about it. this person brought in outside food and did not order anything from Tim Hortons, yet he was still allowed to eat his disgusting smelly food made with curry in the restaurant.
