I use to enjoy going to Timhorton for breakfast and lunch and sometimes dinner the tastes better the service was excellent and place was cleaner and staff were more pleasant this is 6 years ago. Now I go to country style and Starbucks I enjoy the meals and the service and places are clean, my advice to Timhorton corporation send your under cover employees to all your store and see for yourself what's going on 90% times of my drive through orders they get it wrong not in one location...read full review

Horrible customer service. Only 1 register of the two open, at least 5 staff standing around doing absolutely nothing. Drive thru was empty too, so there was no excuse. The lady at the register was just laughing along with the confused man ordering, yet when I approached her entire demeanor changed. Not sure if this is a one off, or if they’re like this to all BW. Won’t return. Can’t attest to the food, which is why there’s still any stars, I’m sure it tastes like any...read full review
