Mendoza's Bakery Reviews
Great little place... fresh sweets & bread, friendly atmosphere 🙏🤙
Food is pretty good! The length of time this place has been open is a testament of how well the quality of their products is. Unfortunately they only accept cash
Went there to buy ensaymada but their shelf was almost empty. This was a day after a holiday so I guess most got sold out before the long weekend. There were a few packs on the shelf that the owner said were 2 days old but were supposed to be still good. Bought 2 packs and while paying for it, took a piece out and it was actually still soft and nice. Also bought turon ( fried banana in a wrap) which only cost $1.50 each and was well worth it. Will go back again for sure.

Mendoza's Bakery is a sweet paradise where delights abound. Their bread, like pandesal, is the best in the GTA - warm, fluffy, and perfect with any pairing. The bread is soft and really good, with options like donuts, conchas, and pink cake at cheap prices. While some items like the ensaymada may be disappointing, others like the plantain roll and Okoy (when available) are really good. The parking at Mendoza's is stress-free and convenient, with ample spaces right by the door. Families have been visiting for years, enjoying treats like fresh spring rolls, palabok, and peanuts. The lady there is always sweet and nice, making every visit joyful. With every bite, comfort is found at Mendoza's Bakery, where every delight is simply sublime.
