Wow that's the worst place to be served as a customer. What's wrong with Tim Hortons now, hiring and not training properly how to greet and treat customers. There's an employee (girl, skiny and her name tag starts with N, apparently Indian(India)) has no customer service. Everytime you placed an order she looks so mad, no greeting and almost throws the coffee at you.Does this store even have a manager, please watch who you are hiring and how they behave with customers. Went in and ordered a chicken sandwich, they let me pay and then had me waiting inside the store almost 25 minutes. I asked where my food was and they told me they dont have chicken. I told them I already paid and they they offered me a "complimentary chilli soup". When I go to leave im told the food i originally ordered costed less and I had to pay an extra dollar to leave with the chili, which also didn't come with bread.They have the worst service ever.
