Very rude staff, experience in the drive thru is always worse each time. Whenever you ask for something etc a bagel, they tell you it is out of stock and then they’re tone is very rude, instead never tell the availability’s. Highly unprofessional staff, whenever we soeak to them they are arguing, today one lady in the drive thru shouted and told us dont come back, strong and prompt action should be taken, we are paying and its not a different place for us eachday, please train your staff or fire them, they dont belong here.

I’m truck driver and it’s 10pm and store is closed and She said no walk in order what she wants me to drive my truck drive thru? This is only time denied to serve while I visited many tim’s even 2-3am first time. Very disappointed.

Very bad customer service. I have ordered sandwich in drive tru they got my order and said we have it available then waited in line for 10 minutes to get the sandwich. Once I arrive at pick up window they said we don’t have any And very bad attitudeI said why you guys said we do have and got my order then didn’t even come and said don’t wait now your saying. This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to.They are always short staffed. There was no one at the front for over 5 mins.There were food Flys inside the food case.. and I felt disgusted when people were buying it.I hate coming by this location. It took my over 20 mins to buy 1 small regular in and out. Not even drive through.

Everyday I came walking in this side, I entered in to this Tim Hortons brought coffee with Everything classic bagel. The cute lady asked me nice smile. I enjoyed it. It’s combined with Wendy’s. Nice place for Internet access too.
