Went there on a weekday lunch, took longer than expected for the food to arrive but was 100% worth the wait
Got a shawarma platter and didn't thought chicken shawarma can be this juicy and not dry like other shawarma places around,

Great services and team members are all very nice and helpful. Maryam and Senara are very nice and friendly always coming back to have a chat with them while getting my ice coffee.

Tim Hortons at 211 Bayly St E has friendly staff like Nandini, who provides exceptional service with a smile. Despite being busy, the food is good and the coffee is always great. However, the location is not wheelchair-accessible and can get very crowded, resulting in long wait times. More staff may be needed to ease the workload on employees like the cashier who handles multiple tasks.
