The worst Tim hortons in Ajax! I gave this place a couple chances but no more! After reading the other reviews I know its a serious problem with the staff/employees. Today i went through the drive-thru and the first lady said my total really fast and so i thought she said $1.19 so I looked for change and handed it to her. Constantly messing up our order, 2 milk one sugar and I get a tea or cream at the drive thru polish lady is nice and gets it right but the rest is laughable and they don't even hand you your change back half the time. They just turn away! If there was another coffee shop near the 401 I'd go there.

I went through the drive thru at this Tim hortons this morning at around 8am, it was myself and my grandmother, we each ordered a coffee and they were extremely rude handing our coffees and getting frustrated that I couldn’t take both at the same time then I was putting my wallet away before I could safely drive away and one of the employees rudely yelled out the window at me to hurry up and get out of the way as they had a line.
