Rude manager
Extremely horrible service at the drive thru by this black lady. Just grabbed a steep tea a few minutes ago and the drive thru was all empty. My tims rewards was taking a few minutes to load and yet this lady was extremely rude and arrogant.
It was just my car alone and yet she had zero patience and absolute no customer care skills. Visited this store 8 July around 3:01 pm. Never coming back at this location.
I wish i can give them zero stars, worst drive thru ever, zero sense of politeness. I should’ve asked her name. Working at the drive thru july 3 11:10
