The staff was quite rude. I wanted to order a classic breakfast sandwich with the coupon from the Tims app, but I wasn’t sure which ones were included. When I asked the cashier which are included I couldn’t quite hear her so I asked her again and she said “I already told you” in a snappy and annoyed tone. Not very good service, especially first thing in the morning at the hospital.
Very disappointed. I was so excited to have the steak&egg sandwich that when I finally reached a red light to start eating (the steak was not even there). So upset as I couldnt go back and yet overpaid). This was my Friday buy your breakfast day of the week.

I Pre-ordered on the app. Even though there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived. I still had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order. One person serving customers. Two cleaning the counter. But it looked like more talking than working. Normally, if places look like they're understaffed, I'm more patient. But this was clearly employees taking their sweet time.And they messed up an ice coffee. They put suger in my sister's drink when we said no sugar.
