A really nice Tim hortons, Got plenty of food here and fast. Though there are times where i’d wait 5 minutes in line despite being the least busiest part of the day. It’s quite clean and nice to chill in. Staff were friendly.
The service is really slow. I was waiting for a coffee and it took over 20 minutes. Additionally, I placed a mobile order and told the person through the speaker my name. However, they did not understand and demanded for the order number. This does not make sense especially since the app itself tells you to give your name. I’ve never experienced this in other Tim Hortons locations.

This tim Hortons suck. I went there once to buy a doughnut. IT WAS MELTED. They choose to give me a melted doughnut while I was watching them. Their service is exceptional. I can't even fathom how terrible their service is. They don't have any expression and seem as if they'd rather be anywhere else. If they didn't want to be there then just find at different job!!!
