The best Tim Hortons location with the most friendliest staff. Always come here for morning coffee and occasional breakfast. The staff members Pari, Firouzeh and Ameneh are always there with a friendly smile to greet you.

Tim Hortons is a great option for commuters, offering quick service and pleasant staff. Paria is particularly commended for her exceptional, efficient, and friendly service. She is very professional and handles everything with a smile. Her positive attitude makes the whole atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. The food and drinks also receive positive feedback, including fresh donuts, perfect iced Capps, and a delicious sausage. This location is highly recommended.
