Exceptional service, a great group of employees.
Renovation is good. Staff are friendly. Positive place to have a coffee in the morning. Music is also good. Could tone down the AC a bit. But that is probably different with each person. I found the AC on a little too high.
The morning crew at this particular Tim Hortons is exceptional. I’ve been in Toronto for eight days and visited every day. The order takes no time, and the staff is always cheerful and friendly when handing out the food. Fast service.
In my opinion, this is the best Tim Hortons in the province, having visited so many! :)

Customers appreciate the fast and efficient service. However, some customers would like to see more vegetarian and healthy options on the menu.
