On a few occasions I've received coffee that tasted like water and lukewarm. I'm so disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for years and wouldn't want poor service to turn me away from Tim's.

Honestly may be a little biased as this Tim Hortons is right beside me however a lot of the employees that work here have been working there long time and are always so nice especially this older Asian lady who’s the sweetest many times I have been short couple cents or dollar so and they let me off even several times over the last couple years I have went near closing time and got tons of items for free that were just going to be thrown out
