We work just around the corner and this used to be our go-to spot for grabbing coffee on our breaks. However; over the last few visits we noticed a serious decline in service and quality. On one occasion, our coffee was so burnt it tasted salty. On another, I waited in front of the drive through window for about 3 minutes, for 2 coffees. Gina goes above and beyond providing exceptional service I have ever received at a Tim Hortons. The staff there this morning was so kind to me, and so patient with me trying to figure out what to get. This is the best time Hortons in Peel with regards to service , food quality and cleanliness
