Tim Hortons at the Westdale Mall is a welcoming location, notably due to the exceptional service of its staff. The people who work there are always so friendly and pleasant, and they usually always make the food so good too and fresh. Kaijah always greets customers with a smile and always remembers their order. Sid is also a very nice staff member who always greets customers. The staff is nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean and feels safe. The location offers limited vegetarian options, such as potato wedges, which are flavorful. Parking is plentiful in the mall area, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. The great atmosphere and customer service make this Tim Hortons a worthwhile visit.
