Tim Hortons in Caledonia

“They cut my bagel, all the way through, without me asking. That alone is five star, you have no idea.

Service was great, from the person who helped me to the person working drivethru who checked quickly to make sure I had been helped, to the person who handed me my bagel. The four people working actually looked like they were enjoying their day, their job and were moving quite efficiently.

The location itself looks small, but from what I could see the items available are no different, it's just not all infront of you like bigger locations.

“I live in town and frequent this location as I have had nothing but poor experiences at the north side location.

I just wanted to share a positive shout out to the young lady working the cash at around 10am today. I enjoy the hot hazelnut lattes and more often then not they are made poorly (not specific to this location just in general) & I end up throwing most of it away.

This young lady made it with love. It was absolutely delicious and her customer service was wonderful.

Along with that the gentleman, whose name I believe to be Jim, that I suspect is either the owner or a manager constantly hustles and provides the best customer care. I have seen this man juggle several food orders at once and keeps his cool as best you can in that type of environment.

Just wanted to give you all a positive shout out that is well deserved. We notice you and your efforts and we appreciate you!“

“Stopped by this Tim Hortons and had a really great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming right away, and my order was ready quick. The coffee was perfect and the food was fresh and hot, which isn’t always a guarantee at every location.

The restaurant was also clean and well kept, which made it nice to sit and enjoy my tea for a bit. Overall just a really pleasant experience… you can tell the team here cares. Definitely one of the better timmies locations I’ve been to“
