Tim Hortons in Grimsby

“The staff at this Tim Hortons are genuinely some of the friendliest people around; especially Gabby, who is always so warm, kind, & welcoming. The employees here make you forget you’re walking into a massive chain coffee shop. This location feels more like a little family-run neighbourhood café, and the customer service is honestly what keeps people coming back, each and every morning.

That said… whoever made the decision to stop stocking the classic Tim Hortons donut flavours (ahem… Chris, the new franchise owner) deserves a completely separate review. No sour cream glazed? No chocolate glazed? Barely any of the classic favourites that people actually go to Tim Hortons for? So disappointing. My five stars are entirely for the staff, because if I were reviewing the franchise owner’s donut decisions, it would be one star.“

“I come to this Tim Hortons in Grimsby pretty much every day, and it’s always a great experience- especially those cold early mornings. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, they recognize regulars and make you feel appreciated- they always tell me to have a great day (kindness is contagious). My coffee is always hot and fresh, just the way I like it and the staff keep the store consistently clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to visit on a daily.“

“I have lived in Toronto for years and then I recently moved to the Grimsby area so I have been to dozens of Tim Hortons and by far this is one of the best ones, the Drinks and Food are always Great. The Service is Excellent. Keep up the good work! 🙂“
