“Just visited this location and had a positive experience, which was a nice change since most Tim’s visits have been so bad lately that we try to avoid going there. Today’s visit was quick, friendly & the CANADIAN employees we interacted with all spoke perfect English, which was very nice.“

“I come to this Tim Hortons in Grimsby pretty much every day, and it’s always a great experience- especially those cold early mornings. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, they recognize regulars and make you feel appreciated- they always tell me to have a great day (kindness is contagious). My coffee is always hot and fresh, just the way I like it and the staff keep the store consistently clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to visit on a daily.“
