“Just visited this location and had a positive experience, which was a nice change since most Tim’s visits have been so bad lately that we try to avoid going there. Today’s visit was quick, friendly & the CANADIAN employees we interacted with all spoke perfect English, which was very nice.“
“Nisha provided excellent customer service! She was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect and served with a smile. Her positive attitude made my experience even better. Tim Hortons is lucky to have such a wonderful team member!“
“I have lived in Toronto for years and then I recently moved to the Grimsby area so I have been to dozens of Tim Hortons and by far this is one of the best ones, the Drinks and Food are always Great. The Service is Excellent. Keep up the good work! 🙂“
“I come to this Tim Hortons in Grimsby pretty much every day, and it’s always a great experience- especially those cold early mornings. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, they recognize regulars and make you feel appreciated- they always tell me to have a great day (kindness is contagious). My coffee is always hot and fresh, just the way I like it and the staff keep the store consistently clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to visit on a daily.“
