Tim Hortons in St. Catharines

“This Timmy’s location has to be one of the most well ran locations I’ve come across in southern Ontario.

I’ve been coming to this location to grab my morning coffee for right around 9 years. The ladies that are there in the morning have been there most of that Time. The orders are always correct and you literally get service with a smile, what more can you ask for?“

“This Tim Hortons on Martindale Road has become my regular spot lately. The drive-thru is usually pretty quick, even when it's busy, and the staff are genuinely friendly and on the ball. They get your order right without you having to repeat it twice.“

“Kid working there named Ashton is actually hilarious. Came for a tea on a rainy day feeling blah and his vibe is awesome! Need way more workers like this guy. Give this kid a raise. He made my whole day. I’m Still laughing and I’m half way through my tea. The world needs more Ashton’s. 😁“

“It was my first time visiting this location, and my experience was extraordinary due to the general manager, Patti. She was very friendly and kind, and greeted us with a big smile. Her positive energy made my family and I day, ultimately i was very satisfied with my care.“

“I have to share. I frequently visit this store. Consistently witnessing the staff and customer interactions. Today was just another excellent job. This time Kaden was extremely patient, calm and professional assisting an elderly lady clearly well into her 80s. He was not at all dismissive or rude, even though the line was building behind me the Lady was well aware that she was taking a little longer than anticipated. He helped her select her item he made suggestions and he even offered to warm up her tart so that it could be softer for her to eat because all she kept wanting was something soft because she could not eat anything hard he even warned her repeatedly that her cup of coffee would be hot so he carefully secured it with a sleeve, she was so apologetic, but she was happy and taken care of. it is not very often we witness younger staff members and establishments being so patient and understanding of the elderly. It was very warm to my heart to witness. I sent the entire team at this particular branch because they’re always consistent.“

“I had a wonderful experience with this Tim Hortons, the one of the Employee Aman. She’s a very good employee. She served very well. She is very cute and big smile on her face every time. She listen the order carefully, and she talk respectfully, I like her service, keep it up Aman.“

“The employees here work hard to provide quality service in a timely manner. I'm often greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. I have coffee at home - most of us do - but the service and atmosphere at this location make it an essential stop in my morning walks.

Tim Hortons food isn't what I consider good quality, but these guys make a concerted effort to deliver a nice meal nonetheless.“

“I was disappointed at this location that every table was 100% full and most tables of four had one person sitting at it doing computer work and no food or coffee anywhere to be seen on the table near them it is possible they drank it and threw it away but it's disappointing that management would not ask people to sit together or share a table or mention something about taking up four seats for one person“

“When I went here for the first time, I was expecting the usual deadpan service I get from other Tim Hortons (I don't blame them, the job isn't all peachy). However I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. It was like a breath of fresh air. Even when sitting down, I'd notice how the employees interact with each other, or what I assume are their regulars, and it was quite heartwarming to say the least. My drink was made just the way I like it as well. Overall wonderful!“

“Tim Hortons is standard fare. It’s fine quality and affordable, and that’s what you like about it. This place does it like you’d expect. They are average in all areas except customer service. They shine in customer service. We ordered 20 Tim bits over Uber. They informed us they were out of timbits. They refunded us and gave us 8 donuts and a scone as an apology. It was incredible. Made our week.“

“This store is always very busy as its the only one in the Fourth Avenue corridor. The cafe is usually very clean although the odd time they have been so busy that the staff didn't get a chance to clean tables or empty garbage receptacles. The staff give very efficient service. One of the managers goes out of her way to help customers. I had one small issue a few months ago with a drink and she replaced it without question or charge. When I'm in this part of the city, I usually stop in.“

“Everyone at this Time Hortons location are amazing,from the front staff to the managers. They work well together as a team and help each other out when needed in an instant. I will only go there for my French vanilla because I have total faith it's made to perfection. I am a regular customer and when anyone sees me they remember what I get and have it ready. The atmosphere is the friendliest I have ever experienced. Being this location they deal with alot of different personalities that are quite aggressive and unpleasant. I have seen the workers do this with kindness,patience and respect. They are all very fast and efficient .Every customer is important to them. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons.“

“Egg and cheese on EM with extra butter
I’m a regular here, usually stopping by after my night shift for my go-to breakfast egg and cheese on an English muffin with extra butter. Over time, the order consistency wasn’t always great, but I can clearly see the management has changed, and the difference shows.
Today, I wasn’t sure if my extra butter was added since it wasn’t mentioned on the bill. I went inside to check, and the team politely confirmed it was included. When I got home sure enough, it was done perfectly!
It’s a small thing, but it meant a lot. The new team is doing a fantastic job, and I really appreciate their care and attention. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer going forward. Highly recommend! - ibiggbossganesh“

“I went in and was greeted right away. I had questions about the new items on the menu and the staff was really helpful to answer them for me. My food was tasty and my coffee was made exactly as I asked for it which doesn’t always happen so I was happy.“

“What I like about Tim Hortons is that you can order and get your coffee or food almost instantly. I’ve tried a couple of savory items, and they’re a bit too heavily seasoned for my taste. This location, in particular, is very busy.“
