This particular location on Lake at the QEW beside the gas station in St Kits has NEVER failed at the PLEASANT DEMEANOR every single time we go through the drive through. We were there around 9:20am, Feb 26....date and time so the owners know who works those windows! If ALL Timmies took thier cue from this lady, there would NEVER be a complaint about thier service!“
“Always a great experience here. The team is super friendly and fast, even when it’s busy. The store is clean, the coffee is fresh, and the atmosphere makes it easy to relax. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to.“
“While my mom was in line unfortunately at one of those very busy times and her great grandson runs up to her to express his wishes for an Easter donut instead of already agreed upon blue berry muffin. She agrees and we go find a seat and wait in the food court. My mom was finally five people away from ordering and noticed there was only one Easter donut left and of course right as she was ordering she loses out to the donut. She begins gets so upset and begins to express her concern that it was a mobile order that had not ordered it and didn’t wait in the line. Immediately Alex jumps in to let her know he will put one together for her if she will wait a couple minutes. Afterward She explained she didn’t want to let her little 4 yr old great grandson down and was so appreciative. From the pictures you can definitely tell how much your efforts meant to this little boy. Just a donut to some means a lot to another. What a delicious fresh donut made by an extraordinary hard working kind young man, Alex. Thank you 🙏“
“I've visited this Tim Hortons last Saturday and have had a great experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent customer service. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's clear that the team takes pride in keeping the store organized and making customers feel welcome. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I've been to. Highly recommended!“
“The employees here work hard to provide quality service in a timely manner. I'm often greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. I have coffee at home - most of us do - but the service and atmosphere at this location make it an essential stop in my morning walks.
Tim Hortons food isn't what I consider good quality, but these guys make a concerted effort to deliver a nice meal nonetheless.“
“Every morning I go to this Tim Hortons at 4:30 in the morning and there is these two women one of them. Her name is Kim and the other one her name is Callie they are the most pleasant women they make my morning keep up the great setvive they deserve a raise“
“When I went here for the first time, I was expecting the usual deadpan service I get from other Tim Hortons (I don't blame them, the job isn't all peachy). However I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. It was like a breath of fresh air. Even when sitting down, I'd notice how the employees interact with each other, or what I assume are their regulars, and it was quite heartwarming to say the least. My drink was made just the way I like it as well. Overall wonderful!“

“I was disappointed at this location that every table was 100% full and most tables of four had one person sitting at it doing computer work and no food or coffee anywhere to be seen on the table near them it is possible they drank it and threw it away but it's disappointing that management would not ask people to sit together or share a table or mention something about taking up four seats for one person“

“Thank you to the supervisor that worked the drive-thru on Saturday night. she made the experience bearable, considering a jerk was beeping his horn behind me. he was so inconsiderate and rude also I had a rescue dog in the back that is sensitive to loud noises so my dog and myself we're extremely upset“

“This store is always very busy as its the only one in the Fourth Avenue corridor. The cafe is usually very clean although the odd time they have been so busy that the staff didn't get a chance to clean tables or empty garbage receptacles. The staff give very efficient service. One of the managers goes out of her way to help customers. I had one small issue a few months ago with a drink and she replaced it without question or charge. When I'm in this part of the city, I usually stop in.“
“This Tim's on Scott St is the best one yet! I placed an offer for over 10 people and it was hot and ready to go when I picked them up. They also helped to place in my car.
Staff there are very friendly, with great customer service.“

“One of the best Tim Horton locations as its easy to get in and out, lots of parking, well lit at night. The other reason I like this location better than others is that they always seem to have donuts available where other locations near by seem to always be out of stock. Staff are friendly and welcoming.“
