“While my mom was in line unfortunately at one of those very busy times and her great grandson runs up to her to express his wishes for an Easter donut instead of already agreed upon blue berry muffin. She agrees and we go find a seat and wait in the food court. My mom was finally five people away from ordering and noticed there was only one Easter donut left and of course right as she was ordering she loses out to the donut. She begins gets so upset and begins to express her concern that it was a mobile order that had not ordered it and didn’t wait in the line. Immediately Alex jumps in to let her know he will put one together for her if she will wait a couple minutes. Afterward She explained she didn’t want to let her little 4 yr old great grandson down and was so appreciative. From the pictures you can definitely tell how much your efforts meant to this little boy. Just a donut to some means a lot to another. What a delicious fresh donut made by an extraordinary hard working kind young man, Alex. Thank you 🙏“

“I typically only use the drive through as i'm in a rush in the morning, but the locations I go to on both geneva street and this one on Lake st are always friendly and efficient, and the lines aren't too bad through the drive through.“
“At around 10:45am, I placed my order via drive thru at this location., And I went to the drive thru window and tried to use my Tim offers from the app, it didn’t work. I waited there at the window for over 4 minutes trying to scan the QR code that didn’t work at all. As I was in a hurry, I had to cancel order and leave as the offer didn’t work.. Later I checked that particular offer and found out that offer applies only for delivery order. It was completely my fault for not checking it properly. I apologize for what I did. The staffs were very friendly, tried to explain me. Really sorry about that.“
“When I went here for the first time, I was expecting the usual deadpan service I get from other Tim Hortons (I don't blame them, the job isn't all peachy). However I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. It was like a breath of fresh air. Even when sitting down, I'd notice how the employees interact with each other, or what I assume are their regulars, and it was quite heartwarming to say the least. My drink was made just the way I like it as well. Overall wonderful!“

“Everytime I come in for my double double I'm served quickly and with a great vibes in the restaurant, the employees and supervisors seem to get along well and it shows in the environment, every weekday morning is a treat I've stopped using drive through just to enjoy the ambience and a lovely good morning joke from Grayson when hes on the till! finish my coffee before work of course, love hearing the banter and the laughter put into everyday....and it's the last place near me with Sour Cream Glazed donuts it has really improved in the last month or so!“

“This store is always very busy as its the only one in the Fourth Avenue corridor. The cafe is usually very clean although the odd time they have been so busy that the staff didn't get a chance to clean tables or empty garbage receptacles. The staff give very efficient service. One of the managers goes out of her way to help customers. I had one small issue a few months ago with a drink and she replaced it without question or charge. When I'm in this part of the city, I usually stop in.“

I consistently have an exceptional experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Donovan, who is often at the drive-thru when I stop by for my morning beverage. He goes above and beyond in every interaction, thoughtfully giving me a survey code with my purchase, checking that my drink is full, and even adding a sleeve so it doesn’t burn my hands.
What’s remarkable is that Donovan knows my order just from my voice over the drive-thru speaker and is always ready at the machine to make payment seamless. He even suggested the 20oz pink ombre floral to-go mug ($24.99 plus tax), and while I typically don’t purchase merchandise at a drive-thru, I couldn’t resist. Now it’s affectionately my “Donovan mug”!
Donovan’s attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and consistently top notch service make every visit enjoyable. He truly goes above and beyond, and I always leave with a smile. Thank you, Donovan!“

“I visited this Tim Hortons and would highly recommend it.
Although it was busy when I visited in the walk in, I had a good experience, I waited a couple minutes in the line as I could tell they were busy but the service really made my day they wished me a Merry Christmas with smiles on their face and for an old man like myself who dosent get to see people everyday it made me happy.
What looks to be the manager was the kindest young lady and had a smile on her face while serving every customer this is what I love to see when I go into a place. You can tell all of the staff here get along nicely and respect their manager as she was so kind to them all and although they were busy they respected her and she respected them.
My coffees for my wife and I were made amazingly and so were our breakfast sandwiches, not only was the service good but so was the coffee and breakfast.
I would recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone looking for kindness and happiness in their day!“
“One of the best Tim Horton locations as its easy to get in and out, lots of parking, well lit at night. The other reason I like this location better than others is that they always seem to have donuts available where other locations near by seem to always be out of stock. Staff are friendly and welcoming.“
