Tim Hortons is standard fare. It’s fine quality and affordable, and that’s what you like about it. This place does it like you’d expect. They are average in all areas except customer service. They shine in customer service. We ordered 20 Tim bits over Uber. They informed us they were out of timbits. They refunded us and gave us 8 donuts and a scone as an apology. It was incredible. Made our week.
I’ve noticed a huge improvement at this Tim Hortons recently. Even during the busiest times, the staff are always smiling, friendly, and make sure every order is correct. It’s also the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve been to—the dining room and washrooms are always spotless.
