Tim Hortons in Niagara Falls

“I truly can't speak of the food since I only went in to get coffee for our group (which was all prepared as ordered and was delicious!) but the donuts in the display case- of which there were several options of even at 10 am on a Sunday) were mighty tempting, and the man that waited on me could NOT have been more delightful!!! Courteous, prompt, just lovely! (And there was a group of older gentlemen that seemingly gather regularly there for their morning coffee - which also speaks volumes of the place!) Well maintained inside and out, easy to get into from the road, ample parking as well as a drive through option..“

“This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“

“Friendly service and a great selection of donuts! My drink order wasn’t made correctly at first, and when I politely asked if it could be remade, the staff was very accommodating. They initially adjusted the original drink, and when it still wasn’t quite right, they made a completely new one without any issue. Everyone was kind and professional throughout the process. Once corrected, the drink was excellent. I really appreciated their willingness to make it right.“

“Aye aye aye it’s @FB-TroppyBlanco and while I was up in Niagara Falls,NY Haley krystal and all them in morning shift are the best team around for the last few months while on tour I’ve been to a bunch of tims and this one by far should be rated number 1 and they all deserve promotions hope @TimHortons blesses y’all at store 9305. Now sidenote whoever owns or drives or uses the blue Kia that I left a note on if you’re actually interested I’ll take you to dinner while you’re in Orlando and then I’ll take you on a private tour of the legendary (SausageCastle) ohh thanks for taking your time to make those blueberry minis for me they r my absolute favorite and just an idea maybe see if yall can add cream cheese icing to them that would be pretty lit“

“Well as someone who visits this location multiple times a day, you really see where the heart and soul is, this location is surely dated, but the afternoon staff and supervisor are some of the hardest working tim hortons workers I have seen to date, the supervisor Bobbi used to work midnights there when I would come by for my early coffee on my way to work, I have seen then found a different before work spot as this location stopped being 24 hours years ago.
The afternoon workers always seem to go the extra mile even when its busy.
Really hope the management team knows without there hard working afternoon staff they probably wouldn't be as fast the next morning.
Over all this location is underrated, and comes with a great view too !“

“This Tim Hortons is super close to my workplace, and I always stop by for my favorite a Triple Triple 😄 The staff are really nice, especially Khush and Simran. They always have my order ready as soon as they see me because they already know what I like. Such friendly and thoughtful service kudos to them😊🙏“

“Had a really smooth and satisfying experience at Tim Hortons in Niagara. The steeped tea was absolutely perfect—fresh, well-balanced, and very soothing.

The coffee was also great—freshly brewed with a strong and rich flavor, perfect for a quick energy boost during the trip.

Tried the chai tea as well, and it was surprisingly good—warm, comforting, and just right in taste.

Overall, the service was fast, staff was polite, and the environment felt clean and comfortable. A perfect stop during a Niagara visit.“

“The young lady and young man that waited on us today were very friendly and did a great job in completing our order. These two employees were the only ones managing the restaurant and did so wonderfully. Their pleasant mannerisms would make anyone want to return again and again.😊“

“First of all this is a small Tim Horton's. There's only of room for a few employees. I see other reviews complaining about drive-thru, but a bunch of their business comes from people the inside of the store who can't do drive-thru. I sat here watching for an hour and there was certainly nobody taking 15 minutes so maybe chill out.

I rated the atmosphere a 3 because TV was some national news anchor covering 'breaking news' that a tree fell on some suburban home during a hurricane. Why not send that news crew to the emergency operations center where they can provide actual news. Last thing I'd want is some crew telling everyone my home was vacant and damaged.“
