Tim Hortons in Niagara Falls

“I truly can't speak of the food since I only went in to get coffee for our group (which was all prepared as ordered and was delicious!) but the donuts in the display case- of which there were several options of even at 10 am on a Sunday) were mighty tempting, and the man that waited on me could NOT have been more delightful!!! Courteous, prompt, just lovely! (And there was a group of older gentlemen that seemingly gather regularly there for their morning coffee - which also speaks volumes of the place!) Well maintained inside and out, easy to get into from the road, ample parking as well as a drive through option..“

“This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“

“Great experience at this Tim Hortons this morning after having to walk out of another location due to poor service. Kevin in particular was incredibly kind to my dad and I. He added all of our coffee modifications and greeted us immediately. Kevin deserves a raise!“

“Friendly service and a great selection of donuts! My drink order wasn’t made correctly at first, and when I politely asked if it could be remade, the staff was very accommodating. They initially adjusted the original drink, and when it still wasn’t quite right, they made a completely new one without any issue. Everyone was kind and professional throughout the process. Once corrected, the drink was excellent. I really appreciated their willingness to make it right.“

“What’s A Tim Hortons ?Locals said that’s where you get coffee, LET ME TELL YOU , OMG ,,, the Farmers Wrap they put a little extra sauce in it and a M triple,triple. “I just really wanted to take a moment to leave a review letting you guys know the woman on the headset this morning (7/29/26 10:30am) She was truly a breath of fresh air. I have managed to stay away from this Tim Hortons for over a year Living only a few streets down due to a bad experience I had. Unfortunately, Dunkin’ Donuts, which is much further did not have what I wanted, So I sucked it up and I got stuff from Tim Hortons as I was driving over my anxiety was through the roof, but the moment this woman came on the speaker. It completely changed everything.

I made sure to let her know how much that affected my day in a good way and how she should keep doing ! Nine times out of 10 she is the first person people are seeing in their day so if she is miserable, that starts everyone’s day in a miserable way, but when she’s happy and giddy and laughing and Bringing that light to things I can’t tell you how much it just changed my day for the better.

I am very sad that I did not get her name. But she had beautiful pink hair and wore a mask.

“The young lady and young man that waited on us today were very friendly and did a great job in completing our order. These two employees were the only ones managing the restaurant and did so wonderfully. Their pleasant mannerisms would make anyone want to return again and again.😊“

“First of all this is a small Tim Horton's. There's only of room for a few employees. I see other reviews complaining about drive-thru, but a bunch of their business comes from people the inside of the store who can't do drive-thru. I sat here watching for an hour and there was certainly nobody taking 15 minutes so maybe chill out.

I rated the atmosphere a 3 because TV was some national news anchor covering 'breaking news' that a tree fell on some suburban home during a hurricane. Why not send that news crew to the emergency operations center where they can provide actual news. Last thing I'd want is some crew telling everyone my home was vacant and damaged.“
