“Great Customer Service. Coffee always tastes great and they actually fill the cup all the way to the top. An XL coffee is more than $3. Sometimes I go to other locations and it's filled like 80% of the way lol This location is always on point“
“First time trying Tim Hortons since they don't have one near our place. We stopped by in the morning while leaving Niagara falls. They have very good drinks and coffees. We tried the hashbrowns and bagel and they were tasty. Overall we enjoyed our experience.“

First they are really slow at the drive through - like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude - like they are doing you a real favor. “Classic Canadian breakfast. We had heard about Tim Hortons for a long time, but this was our first experience. Our cashier was very patient with us as we went through our order with some substitutes and changes to items, and everything came out perfectly! The breakfast sandwiches were hot and yummy, and the donuts were delicious. Not much more to say other than, it lived up to our high expectations of a fast, casual Canadian breakfast!“

“This by far my favourite Tim Hortons. I go at least 5x per week as i love sitting by the River afterwards [photo attached of river across from this place]. Staff are polite and efficient.One of the few Tim's that have great assortment of donuts, cookies, variwty of muffins, always on hand are cheese and plain croissant well as cheese and raisin tea busicuits.I've never tried the turkey club sandwich so I had this Feb 7th and it was delicious, I never eat lettuce so I omitted this. The quantity of Turkey and bacon was really good and they've changed their buns which ate much better .On another note, their Lattes and cappuccino are made really well.Vegetarian options: They now serve bowls so you can ask without meats. They also have soups.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a donut! There is quite a lot of seating.Parking: At the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: They have electronic accessible doors to get through with wheelchair, walker etc.“
“Located in the food court area of the casino. I accessed this location from the rear of the casino (part of the casino that faces the river). Very busy and had to wait in line each time I went. The line went quick though. The staff was friendly and efficient getting me my orders. The food court seemed clean but I did not stay and eat there.“

However the staff behind the counter were very loud.. laughter is good, but should be muted and not take over the place.. people purchase food and drinks to relax .. otherwise, the venue is attractive and was clean. A good addition to available Tim Horton's venues!“
“One thing this Tim Hortons (5551 Murray St. NF) does really well is their potato wedges.I have lost track of the number of times, from other locations, that the potato wedges are almost inedible because they are overcooked!Never once from this location.I know it seems like a small thing, but I really like the potato wedges with my chili.“
“They used to be a lot faster until they did their renovations. Their staff is gone downhill to I was in the Drive-Thru in the girl taking my order screwed it all up because she was talking on her cell phone. They used to have a real good manager I don't know what happened to him but they should bring them back.“
“For a year and 4 months I’ve gone nearly everyday to this location, usually early in the mornings when I couldn’t sleep while pregnant or with my newborn, although not always perfect they’ve been consistent with fixing issues I’ve had. Lana who makes the food in specific is amazing, quick to put food together, consistent and the same every time I order when she’s working.Kid-friendliness: Staffs kind to kids, patient when letting kids order, lots of kid’s options food wise.“
“Okay listen It's probably just a me thing but I do have witnesses, Litterally every other tim hortons around here has given me hot water. Even in a group of people that all got hot chocolate I managed to he served hot water while they got their hot chocolate perfectly.This is the only tim hortons that has never failed me with getting hot chocolate.“
