Best coffee in the world ☕️☕️☕️
excellent service and price
I go to the Drive-thru here almost everyday. I order a Lg Ice Capp and a Medium coffee.
Always friendly, and they get my order correct. Marci,(at the Drive-thru window), has the best attitude and is very friendly! She makes my day!

Tim Hortons, a popular restaurant, offers food that meets expectations. The front cashier, who is Indian, is described as awesome and helpful, suggesting a refreshing Black Berry drink. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service, mentioning that the staff is mostly foreigners and often speaks a different language, which can be perceived as unprofessional. Recently, there have been mixed experiences; while some staff were happy and motivated one day, others appeared slow and distracted on another. Some regular customers have had consistent and positive experiences, particularly with an employee named Lana.
The restaurant is also noted for being kid-friendly, with kind and patient staff and plenty of kid-friendly food options. However, there have been complaints about incorrect orders, such as a mix-up that left a 13-year-old with only half his breakfast. Additionally, a customer mentioned that their Baileys hot chocolate tasted like regular hot chocolate because it was not stirred properly. There are also reports of forgetfulness among staff, with customers experiencing missing items like a 20 pack of Timbits and hash browns. Overall, while the restaurant has its strengths, there are areas that need improvement in service and order accuracy.
