“Everything is always great when I stop in for my extra large french vanilla Kyra usually takes my order, and she’s honestly such a sweet, reliable little worker. She’s always friendly, makes sure my drink is filled right to the top, and she’ll even hand me a couple of surveys for that 1.05$ if YKYK. It’s the little things, but it really makes the experience better.

“I’m not sure why the tables always seem dirty at this location. I understand the nature of the business and that things can quickly get out of hand. However, I don’t recall a time where I’ve been there in the past two years - about a dozen visits - where the tables weren’t a mess.“

“They should call this place bear paws. I’ve never seen someone palm a cofffee with there fingers like these employees. It’s like there the Harlem globetrotters. And your suppose to brew coffee not get it out of the tap. I ordered a black coffee and I got an Evian with coffee grinds. Smarten up the whole staff looks like Micheal Jackson’s remake of the video thriller.“
“I had a very nice experience at Tim Hortons. The Indian staff members were very friendly and welcoming, especially towards new Indian newcomers. They spoke kindly in our language and helped translate everything clearly, which made it much easier to understand and feel comfortable.
It really means a lot when staff take extra time to support people who are new to the country. Their helpful nature, patience, and warm behavior made my visit special. Thank you for creating such a positive and inclusive environment!“
“A separate store next to the gas station. This is a take-out location with a drive thru and no seating. Got their iced latte for $3. Quality of drink was good. I also asked if I could get a cup of water as I was really thirsty. The staff gave me a large cup with ice and water. Thank you!“
