“My partners wallet was stolen from a booth this week. There was a fair amount of cash in it and all of his cards.
The staff are AMAZING! This location is busy and steady, there was one woman who was taking orders, making orders, watching the cameras, watching the dining room and outside. After hours of us waiting for the police this woman was able to retrieve my partners wallet from an outside garbage, no money in it but all cards accounted for!!!
They had footage of the person taking the wallet but couldn’t legally tell us who it was, only release it to the police so we sat around. I called the police at 12:22pm the next morning I received a text from the NRP with a number to call if I still needed them.

“I always have a great experience when I come here. All of the employees are very friendly, I never have to wait for too long and if I do, I know it’s because they’re so busy. I always have such respect for them as I believe this is probably the busiest Tims in Welland imo!“

Their normal night crew is friendly and adapts to situations and keep a positive additude. Not just the night crew but anytime I go there for a coffee or some food for lunch.
I find this important considering how many locals are constantly and regularly there.

“They should call this place bear paws. I’ve never seen someone palm a cofffee with there fingers like these employees. It’s like there the Harlem globetrotters. And your suppose to brew coffee not get it out of the tap. I ordered a black coffee and I got an Evian with coffee grinds. Smarten up the whole staff looks like Micheal Jackson’s remake of the video thriller.“
