“Every location is very different. Some are good summer not so good. I’ve been dealing with with I actually like I spend way too much there. The food has improved a lot more selection. I will say that in their coffee is the best with Starbucks as well. I won’t lie both are very good. I just don’t like certain people’s attitudes. I have a puppy and there’s a lot of nationalities coming in from other countries that don’t want to give Tim bits to my little puppy and she’s a Teacup MORKIE so I find that very sad and just wrong pure mean especially when you’re spending so much money at an establishment to treat your little pop like that is horrifying not all but most in Toronto are getting they don’t want to give Tim bits away like Starbucks does for the puppies pup cup?“

“Divya was by far the best employee in this location. Her warmth and hospitality was very welcoming and sweet.... you cam truly tell she has an amazing heart. She even remembers her customers well. We dont live here and are visiting from the USA came to this yummy location 2 times, and both times we were greeted as if she knew us from long ago!!!!!! 😉“

“My favourite Tim Hortons location. I always come here for a coffee and my favourite Timbits. The place is always clean, has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. Today we were served by Sukhnoor, who was especially kind and welcoming.

For me, this place is not just about coffee — it’s about positive emotions too. Honestly, this is the best coffee I’ve had out of all the Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited during my two years living in Canada.“

“It's Sunday at the hospital and 10:10-10:30, I waited 20 minutes with my coworker and Noel was working on his own. There were 12 people waiting in line and milk had to be changed and coffee made and guests served. Far too much to do for one person and for staff to wait for it, it's too long. You need more staff on the weekends....not only is their staff from the hospital working but there are many more loved ones visiting the patients. Noel did an amazing job under the circumstances and should be commended for his quick professional performance and he was clearly dealing with pain. Thank you for Your hard work Noel.“

“I go here alot simply because it's where most of my acquaintances go. Unfortunately on one occasion I entered the establishment and plugged in my phone and a battery bank to charge and went outside for a cigarette and converse with an acquaintance before purchasing anything and the manager of the place took it upon himself to take my things and put them in his office. I was absolutely beside myself and the gentleman who was sitting right there said nothing. This manager is very lucky I didn't have himself and the establishment sued. Keep it in mind folks. Oh.....and the service is terrible, unfortunately.“

“I come here pretty much everyday and get the same thing. The ladies are always so friendly and always remember that I come through so often. Always good, fresh coffee and baked goods on the weekdays for sure!! Love this Tims (so does my dog, big fan of the plain timbits! 😉)“
