Awesome staff and great smile cookies!
The service is generally okay, but one staff member repeatedly asks me, “Did you fill out the coupon?” every time I visit. It has become irritating and makes the experience uncomfortable. Customers shouldn’t feel pressured or repeatedly questioned about coupons or surveys. I hope management can address this and make the customer experience more welcoming.
