This Tim Hortons is known for its friendly staff, fast drive-through, and delicious food. Customers appreciate the well-maintained decor, from the beautiful flower boxes to the tasteful winter lights, which create a pleasant atmosphere. Recently, many guests have highlighted the excellent service provided by staff members like Prag, Rohit, Kiran, and Khush, who are recognized for their attentiveness and positive attitudes. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the lack of English spoken by the staff at the Brant and Upper Middle location, which they consider unacceptable for a public-facing business. Overall, this Tim Hortons is a favorite among the community, and many hope it will reopen soon after the unfortunate incident.
