I was very sorry to see the terrible damage done by a probably derranged derilict at this location. To my mind this is one of the best Tim Horton franchises in Canada. The employees are always polite and the decor from beautiful flower boxes to lots of tasteful Winter lights makes it a pleasure to come by.

Guys whatever you do do not go to this place. I went here and ordered a soup and sandwich combo and was charged some astronomical price. After speaking with the franchisee owner and Tim Hortons HQ multiple times nobody was able to figure out how their computer system came up with the amount I was charged. Even though Tim Hortons HQ ensured me that I would be taking care of the franchisee owner refused even though he admitted the bill didn't make sense to him. The franchise owner here is a crook he just blatantly stole my money by charging my Visa card for an amount I was never aware of and because he blatantly refused to do the right thing here I feel he's probably doing this to others. Don't get scammed like I did

I typically order bagel and cream cheese. Today was a final straw. I ordered my bagel and when I went to eat it, there was barely any cheese on it. It was spread thinly like butter. So light I could barely taste it. I understand shrinkflation but this was just a bagel. No cream cheese detectable.

I ordered breakfast from uber eats. Uber eats was fast and efficient itself but Tim Hortons forgot half my order. When spending more than $15 from a food place like this I would expect them to make sure they have everything for this order, including straws for drinks. This isn’t the first time this location has forgotten items and I do not recommend anyone to order uber eats from them. Choose another location if you can.
Love going there for my tea and muffins. I do have one downside go the Brant and Upper Middle store. You never hear this staff speaking English and I consider that to be a big problem and unacceptable. They are serving customers, they are a public place and they must speak English at the work place while working.

My most frustrating experience thru a drive thru. I was trying to order a breakfast sausage wrap without cheese. I repeated this order a number of times. Not only did my wrap come with cheese, it came with a grilled cheese sandwich. It cost me $7.00 more for cheese that I did not want in the first place.

Under portion your icecaps.. Their is a reason for the round dome lids..This is the only location in canada that under portions.. and the staff will come all to window and argue about it..just fix the drink.
