very slow workers 😔
Didn’t even fill our wedges all the way, lady at drive through was extremely rude and rushed us. There was lettuce laying on top of my bagle instead of it being inside
Very bad customer service. They dont listen orders properly and after they made whole mess. Not recommended .

Tim Hortons is a restaurant with varying experiences. While some staff members, like Karen, provide excellent service and create a positive start to the day for customers, others struggle to meet demand. The store often runs out of popular items, like sausage and egg. The drive-through has improved and is much quicker than before, but it still receives more attention than in-store service, leading to occasional long wait times. Despite these issues, the friendly ladies at the window, especially Karen, are a highlight and make the experience enjoyable for many customers.
