As for someone who used to work at this location many moons ago I recieved the worst customer service ever. Being rolled eyed because my mobile order took 20 mins and they had barely any baked goods. Talking on their head sets while customers were in line / making the uber delivery driver late. Absolutely no exceptions . Should not be served with a smile ? Yes we should. One of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever been to. The staff were extremely rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. The food is consistently disappointing rarely fresh, orders are frequently messed up, and the overall quality is just terrible. Honestly, the reviews speak for themselves. I definitely won’t be going back to this location and would recommend avoiding it if you can.

Tim Hortons is a restaurant with varying experiences. While some staff members, like Karen, provide excellent service and create a positive start to the day for customers, others struggle to meet demand. The store often runs out of popular items, like sausage and egg. The drive-through has improved and is much quicker than before, but it still receives more attention than in-store service, leading to occasional long wait times. Despite these issues, the friendly ladies at the window, especially Karen, are a highlight and make the experience enjoyable for many customers.
