I rarely stop for coffee as it's a luxury for me, so this morning I'm coming into work for some OT & stop for a treat. Lady in the DT window, very pleasant & efficient.. I get to work, set up my area on the shop floor .. and open my FV cappuccino ,, XL cup. And it's not full. ARRRRGH! Don't mess or short change our drinks! . Very disappointed ? .. sigh.
employee name is sandeep i think she is supervisor at this tim ,she serves and greets very well .but the manager is so rude even she doesn't know how to treat with customers in polite and grateful way ,she is so rude i recommend to tim district manager that manager should be trained again properly...Thank
