Around 2pm on Sunday afternoon. I went to use my points to purchase a Quencher. For some reason, the scanner did not acknowledge it. I let Michelle know my points were paying for my order. I showed her how I had the quencher listed as the product I wanted and showed her I had over 7000 points.She spoke with a male team member and the two of them figured something out with the till. Yes, I know Canadians are supposed to automatically genuflect when TH is mentioned--it's a national treasure, right? Well, Tim Horton was my cousin, and I bet he would not have liked where Ron Joyce took the company after he bought Tim's share from his widow... You can still get "the good stuff" from McD's after TH let the coffee contract lapse in favour of a cheaper, less tasty coffee.
