The staff was exceptional especially a very nice young lady named Elaine who was courteous and made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world!
The customer service here reminds me of the way it used to be. They give 3 and 4 butters with my soup and bun, not cheap at all with the napkins and my bags included a salt pepper spoon and knife. Thoughtful people! They are cheerful and talk to you, preparing a beautiful coffee or snack and you really feel like your welcomed and apart of the family here.
